When our Pacifica arrived four months later (not bad with our current supply chain issues), Jeff handled our paperwork quickly then Johnathan walked us through our Pacifica’s many bells and whistles and followed up with us days later just to see how we were doing and if we had any other questions. Overall, the environment felt very relaxed and pressure free which we appreciated unlike our experiences with other dealers. Everyone seemed to value our time. I had an incredible car buying experience it was the best and easiest transaction I ever had I had an appointment with Tony Toland and he was waiting key in hand when I got there. I knew exactly how much it was and there was none of the “how much do you want your payments to be” stuff……. And the ridiculous games other dealers play, it was positively a wonderful buying experience. I came from Massachusetts and the vehicle was registered and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, Tony set up the Apple car play and explained everything in detail. Tony Toland is a wonderful person to deal with, very knowledgeable about his product and went above and beyond to assist me with this totally flawless transaction.
