Worst dealership ever!!! Within the past few months I have brought my jeep wrangler in for service. At first they we're friendly and helped me out. After a few months went by Within the past few months I have brought my jeep wrangler in for service. At first they we're friendly and helped me out. After a few months went by they got worse and worse. I was having problems with a few water leaks and my transmission and intake leak problem. I paid out the xxx for them to diagnose the leaks and repair them. And out of the 4 water leaks I had they fixed one and said they fixed the others, and never botherd to call me to tell me it had been done for quite some time. I let that slide, after it rained and 3 spots still leaked water. Couple more months went by my reman transmission was leaking and hard to shift. and also told them it had been running rough also. Took it in and they looked into the transmission leak and the rough idle. and to look into one of the 3 leaks they said they already fixed. Never called me to tell me what was wrong or what they planned on doing. After waiting a week I was frustrated as to why it was taking so long. They said that they were working on it and didn't tell me what they were doing. They ended up fixing the transmission leak. And as for the diagnosis of drought idle they charged me over 800$ to do some work. After I picked it up it still had a rough idle. Took it back they wanted to charge me more money. So I gave them more. They ended up replacing my intake and exhaust gaskets. And a door seal for more money. They said when I picked it up that the door no longer leaked and it no longer had a rough idle. I get my key and go to get in my car what do I find ? My floor board full of water. "It had rained right before I got there" so I go back to the advisor and say it still leaks. They looked at it the next day and said they couldn't find a leak. So I took it. A week went by and the jeep still didn't run right in fact worse then before. I took it back 3 different times telling them something was wrong my idle was worse my gas mileage dropped severely. And my check engine light kept going on and off. They kept tellling me they couldn't find anything wrong. So as furious as I was, I took it to another shop to diagnose it. They found my intake and exhaust gaskets leaking. The gaskets jeep said they had replaced. So I took it back and they said oh yeah it is leaking. So to fix it they 're tightened the bolts. Why the he'll were they loose in the first place. They looked into the water leak they said they fixed like 3 times already sent it to a body shop. And said that it was fixed again. Well it rained and guess what still leaks. So I paid theym to basically not fix anything I doubt they even water test it. This dealership is horrible. I even delt with the manager and he was no better than the advisor. I will never go back and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

What an awesome and friendly bunch of people ! More
Usual sales tactics, but mishandled personal information. My wife responded to an ad for a vehicle. Don, a salesman, called in response and after a few exchanges of voicemails, I spoke with him. I explained to Don that we had a car in mind and were likely picking it up the next day. He told me, “since this is the end of the month, my manager has made it clear that no reasonable offer will be refused… So we can hit our goals.” Clearly, this is a common line, but he promised to call me the next morning by 10 AM with the details of the vehicle since he was out of the office as we spoke. He was clear that he had a better deal than what I had explained to him. The next morning, I didn’t hear from him, so I sent a text message as we agreed. He directed me to his colleague, John. John called and left me a message, then we spoke by phone. I explained exactly what I wanted and he said he could meet my request. He urged me to go to their website and file a credit application, though I already have an approval through my credit union, claiming he could get a better rate and get the process started in advance. I had let him know I wasn’t willing to buy the car at the advertised price, just as I had with Don. Both assured me they could beat the price and that we’d arrange something for me by the end of work. Now, I have dealt with many car dealers. I have bought several cars. This is my first complaint. The reason I’m complaining is this: Though I filed my credit application at 12 PM, John did not get back to me. I messaged Don to see what is going on after I messaged John. Then John replied to say “Great!” Hours later, no response. Finally, after 6 PM, I got a voicemail as I ate dinner. I sent John the requested information even though it was mandatory on the credit application I completed online. Then, a bit later, he messaged me, again, asking for the same information! At this point, my wife was getting quite nervous and me, too. As of 9 PM, John had ignored my text messages and phone calls, as did Don. I can assume they sold the car, but to handle someone’s personal information in this fashion is absolutely unacceptable. Like I said, this is my first complaint regarding any dealership and I have dealt with truly dishonest people—I consider it part of the deal. But this is the first time someone, let alone two representatives from one company, has handled my personal information so carelessly. More

Had the Simonize done and it looked like crap. Three different times. This place is a joke. No respect for the customers time or inconvenience even though the fault lays with the incompetence to do something right the first time. In short even buying the van was a hassle went in with a list of "had to haves" one of which being hands free u connect. First van didn't have it even though we were told it did then to rectify the situation, they triedto pass off some cheesy aafter market mic fastened right above the driver window. I have never been so appalled as to the customer service and satisfaction from this car dealer. Never ever going to spend another dime with this place. Do your self a favor and watch where you buy! !! More

What a Great Experience I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new Jeep. I had been to another dealership but couldn't put a deal together so decided to drive out I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new Jeep. I had been to another dealership but couldn't put a deal together so decided to drive out to Beaverton and talk to them. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay so when I walked in and was greeted by Vic I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he put the deal together for me. I got the great deal I was looking for and my Jeep was on order. Being the 65 year old car lover I am I checked in regularly on the progress of my Jeep and was always treated very welcome and friendly. The two men at the front counter got to know me I think and were always printing me off updated information and the sales manager James even kept me posted by phone on its delivery date so I was able to meet the convoy truck. I couldn't be happier with my Jeep and have not found one problem with it and I am a very picky person. This entire process couldn't have been more enjoyable and a great deal as well. Everyone that is thinking of a new Jeep should stop by and talk to these guys, you won't be sorry. More

They gave us a fantastic deal on the new car and on our trade. The finance team even went to bat lowering our interest rate even more than they promised. They even threw in a free locking gas cap( very small item but an amazing gesture since my wife was worried about the regular one. I couldn't be more happy and will return in the future to buy another one. Thanks guys!! We love our Silver Jeep Wrangler Unlimited More
