I have been dealing with April since June 2007. During this visit I explained what I had been told and that I thought if this is true that it should be covered as defective hoses under warranty as I have never had to replace transmission hoses on any vehicles previously owned. She ensured that the vehicle was inspected vigorously for this condition and reported that nothing was found. She assured me that she would follow up with the other employee that had told me this. April has always followed up on any concern, complaint, or issue that I have had. She is the service advisor that I prefer to work with and, as such, I always ask for her when I call in the arrange service on my Jeep.
