I also have to give a shoutout to Darwin for helping me. He’s not in sales but he works the lot, he made sure everything was done properly. The car had a few scratches in the hood and in both mirrors and he made it look like new again. Honestly I wasn’t sure at first but he ended up being a huge part of why I felt so good about this purchase. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and just genuinely cares about doing right by the customer. He walked me through details about Jeep and show me things I didn’t even know. He listened carefully to all my needs and answered all my questions to best of his knowledge. You can tell he cares about the cars and the customers. I was looking for a 2-door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one on cars.com, and it was at Novak. I came in to look at it. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive, as I have visited dealerships many times. They always try to sell me something I don't want or a vehicle that is priced higher than I want to pay, and they always pitch to my husband, who is not the buyer. He is there for my support. When I came in, Rodney greeted me with a warm and helpful attitude. He was able to answer all of my questions. He also offered to put the seat heater in (which was a deal breaker). There was no pressure to buy this or any vehicle. Once I decided to purchase the Jeep. Rodney made the process so easy. Mike came out to the showroom to greet my husband and me and offered the seat heater installation for the next day. Greg, the finance guy, was great. He was so kind and helpful with the finances and the different options. I live on the east end of the North Fork of Long Island. It is an hour and a half drive, at a minimum, with no traffic, to Novak. It was definitely worth the trip! There are so many car dealerships between my home and the next time I buy a car, I will be back to buy from Novak More
