Kristin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. If there was anything that she was unsure of, she went out of her way to get that information. I walked into this dealership thinking I wouldn’t commit to a purchase but the vehicles they have are extremely clean, combined with an inclusive lifetime powertrain warranty, that I just couldn’t walk away from a deal. The car was reasonably priced and the deal was very fair. If buying a used car I will definitely consider Novak for a future purchase. More
