FIRST TIME that I’ve had a pleasant experience from A-Z w/buying a car. The inventory selection of Novak Motors was better than most of the dealerships I scouted. Scott Misono from easy to work with, allows me free reign to inspect and feel out each option without hovering over me which I find helped me focus on which vehicle felt right for me. It only took the second Jeep that caught my eye. He knew all the details of each model and buying process was straight forward. The pricing was exact on what I expected so I appreciate the dealership’s no haggling system. Frank the financing director was also quick to process papers and sound me a better financing rate than my own bank offered with pre-qualification letter. 2 points lower was impressive. Scott also helped me switch over to new Jeep and made arrangements for my Enterprise Jeep rental to be picked up instead of me having to return back to the original East Hampton pickup which saved me the trip! If I could give Scott and Frank 7 🌟’s I would! No buyer’s remorse for this new Jeep Wrangler owner - These guys made sure of that! 😊 More
