No gimmicks, no baiting, and as another I was looking for Used Jeep as my Honda's transmission need to be replaced. GREAT experience at Novak Motors. No gimmicks, no baiting, and as another customer wrote: “No pressure, no games, no waiting for a manager.” Late in the evening of my search I was looking online, and found a Jeep in stock on there web site that I was interested in, and placed a call & left a message; expecting a call back the next day. Much to my surprise, I received a return call later that same evening from Scott. I told him what I was looking for & our status with the Honda, and we arranged to come in for a test drive. Wow! They were VERY accommodating, and there was NO pressure!!!! Very low key! Well, they got our Sale! We got the Jeep and we LOVE it! This was an easy, pleasant car buying experience. We (my husband and I) were treated very well and bought a great vehicle at a fair price. Most dealers could learn a lot here.
