I never write reviews but my experience here was exceptional and therefore, I felt that I should. I'll start with the vehicle itself. They had a great and FAIR price for my 2016 Ram 1500. Not only that, the vehicle was also immaculate. It looked and felt brand new to me. I could hardly believe it! Fair price and great condition (including the undercarriage for a 3 year vehicle in the northeast) already made me feel good, like I was making the right choice by going to Novak. Novak also gave me a generous bumper-to-bumper warranty. Their lifetime powertrain warranty is a nice touch as well. In addition to the quality of the vehicle, Scott and Frank were genuinely helpful, took me through every single step of the process, and clarified anything that I had a question on. Their honesty, time and effort is something that I sincerely appreciated. They made the process very easy for me. There was no pressure from Scott to buy the vehicle. His attitude, helpfulness, and professionalism was something that I felt I needed to point out. I will be sure to recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Being in the military, their is always that fear of getting a ridiculous Interest rate on an overpriced vehicle. Well, I was offered a fair interest rate on a high quality vehicle (with an extended warranty) at a fair price. There were no dealership markups or hidden fees either. In summary, I am very happy with my experience. They break down the process to the simplest of steps and do everything in front of you. I noticed these SOPs and felt that it was definitely worth mentioning. I felt comfortable, not pressured, and ultimately happy with my purchase.
