Not only was Novak Motors an excellent, clean, easy-to-navigate facility, but Gabe was an exceptional salesman. I went to look at Jeep Renegades after my work day, which was close to their closing easy-to-navigate facility, but Gabe was an exceptional salesman. I went to look at Jeep Renegades after my work day, which was close to their closing time, and Gabe made every effort to accommodate my requests, questions, and overall purchase. He stayed late to ensure my sale went smoothly, and he was mindful and forthright in addressing both my trade-in value and the cost of the car I purchased. After having had negative experiences with dealerships and salespeople who explicitly sought to deceive the consumer, I was wary of the buying process going forward, but I was immediately met with a candid and genial honesty with Gabe and Novak. I am entirely happy with my purchase and my experience, and I would recommend Gabe at Novak for any buyer looking for a fair deal, honest treatment, and general cordiality. More

I cannot say enough good things about Novak Motors and Scott, the salesman that help me twice purchase a car from Novak. My first car was a 2017 that I purchased in 2020. The mileage was adding up so I Scott, the salesman that help me twice purchase a car from Novak. My first car was a 2017 that I purchased in 2020. The mileage was adding up so I knew it was time to trade-in. I didn't bother to look anywhere but online inventory for Novak and I clicked on a SVU I was interested in and made an appointment with Scott to go in personally. The attendance and knowledge received from Scott was amazing. He is amazing and very helpful along with the team he works with. Within minutes of Scott showing me the car and explaining the features, I knew I wanted the car and we then worked on trade-in and financing. A wonderful experience. Scott asked the questions he needed to help decide on the right car for me. The saddest part of the day was that my boyfriend had just purchased a car from a new car dealership because he was unsure of my advice to go to Novak. Well, after he saw the showroom and looked at the vehicles they had, he was extremely mad at himself that he didn't listen to me when I suggested he go to Novak and trade in his car. And the best part - I drove away with a 2024 used car with barely any mileage that day. It was more new than used. As you can read - I truly can't say enough good things about Novak. More

4th purchase of a vehicle from Novak, GOOD CUSTOMER. This car had one 1 key, they made me buy second key for 300.00, Customer service for loyalty was ignored. They offered me a ridiculously low trade in This car had one 1 key, they made me buy second key for 300.00, Customer service for loyalty was ignored. They offered me a ridiculously low trade in value, it was insulting, I sold it privately for DOUBLE there offer. Shame on management. Gabe tried his best or at least expressed that he did, who knows. Long story short, for 300.00 they lost a great customer who referred 7 sales made buy Novak. The bottom line, the stories you here about you are just a number is absolutely true! More
