From the day I got it back it was intermittently leaking oil (strike one )As I am very busy , I didn’t have time to travel from methuen to Westford and wait for upwards of 3 hours to have this checked out . Then my nav screen and my dashboard displays started to give me issues, so I had to bring my crv in As I was making appointment, I informed scheduler that I had an extended warranty and asked if I would be able to get a loaner so that I wouldn’t have to wait for upwards of 3 hrs for this to be diagnosed. She informed me that that would be up to my advisor. This was at 10 am . She scheduled me at 1230 that day . Now I need to ask my wife to stop what she was doing and to drive me to Westford so I don’t have to wait upwards of 3 hrs for a diagnosis. So I arrive at the service area and they don’t have any visit set up for me at all !! Strike 2 ! Now while talking to advisor David , he advised not to worry and it will get figured out . ( David was very nice and assuring) I soon received a text from David stating if I have any questions, please send ext me at this number. That was at 1247 After a few hours and a few texts looking for any update Sam calls me and tells me my car is due for an oil change , can we do it . I approve it . I soon arrived back At boch and everything is explained to me as tony I was having an oil leak and electronic issues . The oil leak was a mistake that boch service on my last visit . Which I was given a a $20 discount on an $70 oil change !! Why would any service charge you again for a mistake you brought it in for ?? No, no never again. More

Electronics issue causing false open door alarm Entry alarm was occasionally going off in driveway for no reason. Also, twice there was a repeated 3-beep warning while driving, for no reason. Inte Entry alarm was occasionally going off in driveway for no reason. Also, twice there was a repeated 3-beep warning while driving, for no reason. Intermittent problems can be hard to find. But my service advisor, REBEKAH MARTINEZ, explained that Honda has a national support center where electronics problems can be diagnosed. Sure enough, they diagnosed the problem in short order: the front passenger door latch was sending out false signals. They ordered the part and the next day they fixed the problem in less than two hours. No charge, under warranty. Great service, great expertise, great price! More

He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered our questions during the test drive. We moved forward to purchase the vehicle. Jayson was very personable and helpful. Although I felt being in the dealership for 3 1/2 hours was quite lengthy, Jayson's service to us and attention to detail was excellent. He was thorough with our paperwork. He was very punctual in delivering the car to us three days later in our hometown at the town hall. He helped follow through with our registration and assisted with our license plates. I was thrilled that he provided the net that was missing in the back along with a rubber mat to protect our flooring in the back. It was obvious he wanted to satisfy our wishes for the purchase. Exceptional Service I went in for what I thought was a wheel alignment. It turned out the prior work that had been done by a repair garage failed to identify a severely I went in for what I thought was a wheel alignment. It turned out the prior work that had been done by a repair garage failed to identify a severely bent tie rod. Once the part was replaced, the tires aligned, and a safety recall applied, the car was returned. A mile or two from the dealership, the car started to display a whole array of warning sensor alerts. The car was promptly evaluated and a software update was applied to address the issue. John Waugh, the service representative, was courteous and helpful. The gold standard for customer service. More
