For the second time, the car was returned to me with damage to the leather- in fact this time, they actually moved a towel that I left on the seat to protect it, and they scratched the leather again. Also, the car was returned to me dirty - this time after nearly a month in service and a 1700.00 bill. Since it's going back in for leather repair again, I have asked that it be run through the car wash. After a month and 1700.00, I should not have to ask for that. That should just be basic customer care. Service manager William is patient in explanations and very polite, but the customer care culture of this dealership is lacking, and it's causing him and others (like the upholstery repair person) more work, and obviously just taking up too much of my time and is exceedingly frustrating.
