Great Service on My Lincoln My Lincoln MKX needed a small part for my hanging basket and the Dealership went out of their way to fix it. They picked up my car and left me a loner My Lincoln MKX needed a small part for my hanging basket and the Dealership went out of their way to fix it. They picked up my car and left me a loner Lincoln. While the Technician was fixing it, he noticed that part of my screen was broken which I never noticed. He ordered the part and fixed it nicely. They washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Great Job! More

First time to Service Dept I have been a service advisor and a service manager and I will tell you that having a person like Cindy Vaineur on your front line is such a valuable I have been a service advisor and a service manager and I will tell you that having a person like Cindy Vaineur on your front line is such a valuable asset. We came in on a Saturday for an apt at 9:30am that I had booked online. She could not find it and instead of turning us away she said we could wait and advised us it might be a while.
