Nancy was great! I have a 2015 Mustang and was having problems while I was on a trip up north. When I returned home, I called and brought the car to O C Welch and w I have a 2015 Mustang and was having problems while I was on a trip up north. When I returned home, I called and brought the car to O C Welch and worked with Nancy to resolve issues with the Sirius radio and the backup camera. She was outstanding! She and the service tech (Brad?) worked to find out what was wrong and fix everything, and she kept me updated on the process until it was done. Excellent experience! She made me feel like she really cared about getting my car fixed to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Nance and the O C Welch service department to my friends! Thanks, Nancy! More

He went out of his way to bring us the car to look at because I was recovering from surgery. Scott & my wife test drove it and decided we wanted it. After a few documents were signed he took our old car back to the dealership for appraisal and to finish the paperwork. The next morning we came to O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln to complete the delivery. Could not have gone smoother! We then proceeded to finance through Ford Motor Credit with Gerald Burke. Again, fast, friendly, professional service! Great Team!!! Great and far above truly a blessing from above I was in a grave situation with my old truck was losing money every day I prayed and the lord told me to wait on him I’ve waited almost two months but I was in a grave situation with my old truck was losing money every day I prayed and the lord told me to wait on him I’ve waited almost two months but finally I decided to seek out my blessing and the lord told me to go to OC Welch as I arrived there I saw this dude riding a golf cart I stopped and asked him where was the used car were he said it’s over here behind you I turned around and he Scott Henthorn interduced himself to me I explained my situation to him and he did his thing and he talked to Mr. Dave Heins who went above and beyond to help me they do what they do best and Scott came and told the great news we then went over to a Mr. Chris Williamson who almost made me cry with all the help and options he blessed me with we’re truly blessed to have such great people selling cars in our area thanks guys and as Mr. OC would say it God bless you all More

They Got the Job Done Took my 2016 F150 in for 2 Service Recalls and a windshield washer tank issue (under warranty). Took it in on a Thursday morning. The 'Loaner' was an Took my 2016 F150 in for 2 Service Recalls and a windshield washer tank issue (under warranty). Took it in on a Thursday morning. The 'Loaner' was an F250, 6.7Turbo Diesel, 4 door FX4 with 266 miles on it. This is for Real, I dropped my Jaw. Long story short, parts had to be ordered. They got my truck fixed. I got my 'puppy' back. They did a fine job. Highly recommend. Took till the following Tuesday. Cost to me was Diesel fuel. (no big deal!) Oh, and did I mention, I drive 45+ minutes to get to This Dealership! Ordered my truck through them. Very Good Deal. R Rudd More

Fabulous Experience We found it necessary to scale down from a truck to a vehicle that was easier to get in and out of. A friend recommended that we give Ford/ Lincoln a try, specifically OC Welch since her experience was great. Well we did, first talking with OC, then Kim Wells and then put into the very capable and extraordinary care of Chip Pellerin. We gave them the exact specifications of what we wanted from make and model ( Lincoln MKC) to the colors ( black with hazelnut interior) , sunroof, and Sirius and they found it. Chip was outstanding through the entire delivery process - delivered to our house, Chip gave such a detailed feature orientation not once but twice ( we also were given a loaner as we waited for our MKC to arrive though their network. Absolutely fabulous ! More
