Excellent experience I recently visited OC Welch to purchase a car. I was unsure if I wanted another F-150 (mine was 14 years old!) or an SUV. After spending a lot of time I recently visited OC Welch to purchase a car. I was unsure if I wanted another F-150 (mine was 14 years old!) or an SUV. After spending a lot of time going over my options with John Willoughby I decided on an Explorer and couldn't be happier. The entire experience was pleasant and OC and Chip were kind enough to drop by the desk to say hello and shake my hand. I would highly recommend the dealership. In addition There was a new salesman (first day!) that initially helped me. John graciously stepped in to help the "new guy on the block". All in all an excellent experience! More

Service while on vacation On our recent vacation to HHI our 2016 Navigator experienced a brake cylinder failure. I dropped the vehicle off at OC Welch on Sunday evening July On our recent vacation to HHI our 2016 Navigator experienced a brake cylinder failure. I dropped the vehicle off at OC Welch on Sunday evening July 1st, the next morning Karl Hunsinger called me to confirm my contact information, discuss the problem and let me know he would do what he could to get the vehicle repaired asap. Being on vacation, 600 miles from home, it was obviously important to get the vehicle repaired as quickly as possible! By the end of the day Karl called back, the vehicle was repaired and ready to go, he even had it washed! Great job and thanks for all your help, Hans Schmidt More

Great Service on My Lincoln My Lincoln MKX needed a small part for my hanging basket and the Dealership went out of their way to fix it. They picked up my car and left me a loner My Lincoln MKX needed a small part for my hanging basket and the Dealership went out of their way to fix it. They picked up my car and left me a loner Lincoln. While the Technician was fixing it, he noticed that part of my screen was broken which I never noticed. He ordered the part and fixed it nicely. They washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Great Job! More
