Supper Experience I had used OC Welch only for service for the last 8.5 years and had no expectations about the sales end. I ask my favorite service writer Cindy for a I had used OC Welch only for service for the last 8.5 years and had no expectations about the sales end. I ask my favorite service writer Cindy for a sales recommendation and she without hesitation said Endy and provided me his card. The receptionist contacted Endy and he arrived within 10 minutes from a demo drive. This was on a Thursday. He greeted my wife and me warmly and proceeded to listen to our needs and then spent the time necessary to show us and allow us to drive examples of our described card. Endy spent quite a deal of time with us and although we were not 100% committed, he arranged for us to take the vehicle overnight. I met Endy the following morning and we began the dance of paperwork. Although a great deal of papers were needed both for him to start and for the finance mgr to finish, all went very smoothly. Both the president and vice-president of the company introduced themselves to me and made sure all was going well with us. The finance mgr has a tough job but he made all explanations clear. Meanwhile Endy saw to it the car was prepped. Endy then ensured that in addition to words he provided the previous evening, that he explained remaining features to us, going so far as to connect our technology.. All in all, what I had dreaded and expected to be an ugly process, we were pleasantly surprise and very happy with the overall experience. More
