Solving a Problem Had an intermittent problem with external key pad on 2017 Explorer. Explained problem to Karl Hunsinger Serv Advisor that when it rained or temperatu Had an intermittent problem with external key pad on 2017 Explorer. Explained problem to Karl Hunsinger Serv Advisor that when it rained or temperature was 35* or lower key pad did not function. Long story short Karl had mechanic spray the key pad with a hose and water and found a defective seal .Problem solved. Thanks Karl for your persistance and ability to think outside the box. More

The Nicest Salesperson My salesperson Tom Landry was the nicest Salesman EVER! He took the time to help me find the right car. He explained the options. I wanted to think about it so he asked me to put a deposit down. The next day I told him I wanted it but didn't want to pick it up until Saturday. He said no problem.
