Where service is king The service from OC Welch is top notch! I live on HHI and just moved here 6 months ago. When I called to set up an appointment for service on my Linco The service from OC Welch is top notch! I live on HHI and just moved here 6 months ago. When I called to set up an appointment for service on my Lincoln I was told to sit tight, someone would be at my home in an hour or so to pick up my car! What???? Holy cow, I've moved to car care paradise! Love OC Welch. The the folks on the phone to the folks at my home, this dealership understands great customer care!! More

Canadian traveller in need... I noticed the "engine" light on in my new Escape, and I was on vacation, and I began to worry. What to do? I located the nearest Ford dealership and f I noticed the "engine" light on in my new Escape, and I was on vacation, and I began to worry. What to do? I located the nearest Ford dealership and found O C Welch Ford. Made a call. Expressed my worries and concerns, with having to travel over 1000 miles back home in the next few days. The lady in service...Cindy Vaigneur....went out of her way to fit me in (when the schedule was already full). Steve Cummins (Service Director) introduced himself, listened to my story, and assured me of a prompt response/analysis/fix of the problem. I was in and out in two hours. PHENOMENAL service, care and professionalism!! I could not ask any more of a dealership and its staff. Wish all dealerships could offer the same such service to their customers. I hope that I never have to return, but if I do, I know that my vehicle and my concerns are in the best of hands at O C Welch Ford. THANK YOU!!!!! More

Oil Change on the fast lane. Brought my Ford Explorer in for the last complimentary oil change since I purchased the vehicle from you. After approximately 20 minutes, the servic Brought my Ford Explorer in for the last complimentary oil change since I purchased the vehicle from you. After approximately 20 minutes, the service advisor came into the showroom and told me that theserviceadv from my last oil change forgot to punch the card. She informed me that I would have to pay for the oil change. I asked how much , she said $49.95. Little high but I told her to go ahead. When I got home, I compared with the receipt of the last free oil changes and the bill was $39.95. Why the difference in price? Not my fault the last service advisor did not punch the card. I felt that I was treated fairly after I drove from Tybee Island, Georgia for an oil change. More
