Quick Lane - not so quick! Treated poorly after asking why it would take 2 hrs for an oil change when husband had an appointment at 9am. Husband was told, 'Well Jim looks like we're going to have to part ways cause you don't like us.' He pretty much was told to take his business elsewhere. Customer Service gets a zero!
