I would never recomend anyone to this dealership. It took a while to even find someone to help us and they have no sort of receptionist to ask. The salesman was good but the finance account person wa It took a while to even find someone to help us and they have no sort of receptionist to ask. The salesman was good but the finance account person was very pushy and lied about the deal. My son drove the car to work which was 5 miles down the road and the low fuel light came on, I remember the days they gave you a full tank, I spent 30,000 dollars on a car and only got 2 gallons. The change oil message is on even though they said they changed the oil. I talked to the salesman about it but have not heard back. The rear brake rotor also appears to have some issues. More

My truck had to be ordered from Ford. They called when it arrived, I offered to come in in two days but they assured me it would be ready today. We set a time and I sent info about my tra They called when it arrived, I offered to come in in two days but they assured me it would be ready today. We set a time and I sent info about my trade and filled a credit app in advance so we could get done quickly. It took 3 hours. When I arrived the truck had not been washed or gassed. The paperwork came out with $2,400 more than agreed and I was told ford raised prices after I bought the truck and there was nothing they could do. Until I started to leave then they sold me the truck for the agreed amount as long as I promised a 5star review. I guess they will do anything for 5 stars except actually a good job. This is not bad people or a bad day, this is a bad way to run a business! I will never go back. Not for sales, not for service, warranty or even a free oil change. Never! More
