My worst experience, we went to look for a specific truck, we looked at it on Saturday and today we said ok, we come for it. Will the price deal be the same? Clear! The woman named Violeta told us, ver truck, we looked at it on Saturday and today we said ok, we come for it. Will the price deal be the same? Clear! The woman named Violeta told us, very rude in fact, I told her not to run my credit until we agree on the price, she said we are !. He left us sitting for 1 hour without attention, came back after checking the credit and said ok, I don't have the truck you are looking for but we have others. 😡😡😡 I told her, I explained you and ask you many times not to do anything if what I want was not ready ... total, she did not give an apology, she was so arrogant, I can say that she and the manager Jaime are quite despotic. He commented that he couldn't talk to her about this, that he needs 3 managers together. She was pacing from one side to the other, with a mocking attitude. I leave the comment for customer service although I do not think they care much, and so that people know what can happen to them. More

Do not go to omeara ford in north glen colorado. Sold us a truck without the key for the spare and won't rectify the situation. Horrible customer service. Over the last 8-10 years I have purchased 1 truck myself, a sedan for my girlfriend, and referenced my mother for her new car and multiple friends that have all become satisfied customers. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience for myself, family, and friends! From the start the sales staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When my mother had to go back for a peculiar issue she was having with her car, the O’Meara staff treated her very well and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. This is a great family owned company that still knows the value of treating customers with *courtesy and respect*.....that is something I think is rare among other car dealerships these days. I have been and will continue to be an O’Meara customer for life... I’m very big on customer service at any business and O’Meara has proven over and over that they value customer satisfaction 👍 More
