Engine lite came on in my Expedition. Two Ford dealerships couldn’t check it for a couple weeks. Jay said f I could leave it for 2 days they’d get it in and let me know. He called don Tue Two Ford dealerships couldn’t check it for a couple weeks. Jay said f I could leave it for 2 days they’d get it in and let me know. He called don Tuesday, told me the problem and ordered parts. Parts were back ordered and he got me a car to drive. My car was fixed before the other dealerships could even get me in.
