Desk personnel were friendly, helpful and thorough. Especially Eral. I was a little disappointed that it took 2 weeks to service my car, but understand the lack of techs. Some confusion between tech left my rear wiper not functioning when I picked it up after the 2 weeks. However, they came to my house a few days later, picked up my vehicle and had it back to me within a few hours, fixed. Thank you! More

Miranda was truly the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I came in to get airbags replaced due to being recalled. I was told it would only take a day.
