I’m really upset The tech that worked on my truck didn’t return the key for wheels when he rotated them. You cant even get ahold of anyone in the service area with out leaving a message with a 3rd didn’t return the key for wheels when he rotated them. Now I’m stuck trying to find one of these keys so I can balance the tires on my truck. More

Miranda was gracious and extremely helpful. I brought my 2009 Ford Edge in for some maintenance and troubleshooting, had planned to leave for 3 days. Bad planning on my part as Rental Cars were I brought my 2009 Ford Edge in for some maintenance and troubleshooting, had planned to leave for 3 days. Bad planning on my part as Rental Cars were sold out and thus I needed to get car back early - figured I would bring it back for any unfinished items. But Miranda and the team saw to it to get it done. It runs like new. Very appreciative of the level and quality of the service. Great job, especially hats off to Miranda! More
