O'Meara Ford - Service Center

When I initially dropped my car off they had it for 45 days waiting on parts and no work was preformed. At that point I asked if I could pick up my car and drive it until the parts came in. After I picked days waiting on parts and no work was preformed. At that point I asked if I could pick up my car and drive it until the parts came in. After I picked up my car in November 2022 I would have to check back monthly to see if the parts were in, then weekly, and was eventually going to have them do the work with the parts that HAD arrived when finally they all showed up. It at that point then only took 2 1/2 days to complete the work, which was great. The whole process took 5 months which seems a little absurd. It was told to me they were waiting on a camera module. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and didn't get it back for over a week later. I took in for a oil leak and it still has the oil weak. So now it looks like I will have to take my vehicle to another sh back for over a week later. I took in for a oil leak and it still has the oil weak. So now it looks like I will have to take my vehicle to another shop. Because I can't afford for Omara Ford to work on it any more.
