Horrible dealership, horrible customer service and just all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had to pick up my truck after waiting and waiting for some kind of response that never came. The first time I dropped my truck off and picked it up, I was told my ticket would be left open and I would get a phone call when the service center was ready to look at it. I’m still going on 5 months with no phone call. I will NEVER bring my trucks here again. Why are you scheduling appointments if you can’t handle the workload? Every associate in the dealership is useless, unhelpful, and can’t take the time to return a phone call, email, or text message. I had to walk in to the dealership to get information about my vehicle since nobody would respond to my texts or calls. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible dealership. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
