I had to visit their shop 4 times to get my service completed and ultimately I had to escalate to the office of the president of Ford to get some action. Eugene stapled the wrong multi point inspection sheet to my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me. He did inform me of service that my maintenance plan covered that other reps had told me would cost additiona my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me.
