Dealer Principal Bill O'Neil bought Ernie Brown & Sons in 1986. The site of the original Datsun franchise was 21 N. York Road in Hatboro. The dealership moved to its current location on Street Road in Warminster in 1988.We like to maintain a friendly, respectful business and maintain long term relationships with our customers and employees. The dealership supports several local charitable organizations in the community and we are a "Circle of Thirty" member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County.
Most of the sales and service staff at O'Neil Nissan have long tenures with the company. We also have sales associates that speak fluently in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Korean. We also maintain one of the area's largest Credit RX department for customers re-establishing their credit profile.

O'Neil is the "Real Deal" it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I'm 82 years, bought quite a few vehicles in my day. I have also work in the industry for close to 20 years and are very experience I have ever had. I'm 82 years, bought quite a few vehicles in my day. I have also work in the industry for close to 20 years and are very familiar with the process. Buying a vehicle could be like going to the dentist, very painful. My deal was painless and seamless. Troy had the Rogue detailed, I took a test drive, John Arpa put an excellent number on my trade, more than I was expecting. I got a good deal on the Rogue in spite of industry wide limited vehicles. Tom Baird had the paperwork ready. I was in and out in a little over an hour. It was on a Saturday their busiest day. If anyone is thinking of buying a vehicle they should stop by O'Neil and experience their hospitality and efficiency in putting a deal together for you. You might not buy a Nissan but you will be impressed by their whole staff. They truly are the "Real Deal" Bill Saulino More

I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them AGAIN! !!!! Poor Customer service. Went there with 6 weeks left in my lease and the salesman told me he couldn't give me a price untill the following week. A !!!! Poor Customer service. Went there with 6 weeks left in my lease and the salesman told me he couldn't give me a price untill the following week. After 2 weeks and not hearing anything I attempted to call several times leaving messages and still NOTHING. After a few attempts to reach the manager I finally got a half hearted "sorry for that" I was passed off to another salesman 5 weeks after I started this. Only to find out to late and had to buyout my lease. So I fill out and send all my paperwork to be able to just sign when I arrive says the salesman. I show up at my scheduled time only to wait for 2 hours before the salesman asked could I comeback tomorrow and they would slip me right in. I agreed went the next day only to wait for 45 minutes.i finally go back to the finance department go to sign the paperwork and the monthly payments are $122 more than I was quoted they took ot upon themselves to add All extras. As I declined each one the woman became more and more agitated. The saddest and most frustrating thing about it all I did NOT receive a apology for MY INCONVENIENCE nor a Thank you for buying a vehicle!!! If I could give negative stars I would. More
