We had been looking for a Honda Element for a few months, but whenever we found one it would be sold before we could even look at it. We saw this and immediately called on it. Jessica (their social media manager) had just posted it shortly before we called and when we asked if she would hold it until we made the 5-hour drive from Upstate NY, she gave us her word she would. Everything about our experience was great! We needed a few things repaired and all our requests were met with excellence. Eric was great and answered our calls and questions promptly and thoroughly. We LOVE our Element and are thrilled with the experience from the first phone call to the moment we drove off the lot back to Upstate NY. More

I purchased my last Nissan through the internet, which led me to O’Neil Nissan. This time we chose to purchase a new vehicle. I had been searching O’Neils stock on a daily basis from work to narrow down led me to O’Neil Nissan. This time we chose to purchase a new vehicle. I had been searching O’Neils stock on a daily basis from work to narrow down what I was looking for to replace my 2008 Altima with. Their prices are 2000-4000 less per vehicle than from where I am from. Their selection is at least double, and their dealership is top rated, and family owned. Once I found it I contacted Jessica first. She tried to find the Altima I saw, but it wasn’t at the location yet. She also gathered both Sentras I asked about, found out when I was arriving, and set me up with Marin. I drove the 4 hours and when I arrived We started right off. We drove the Sentra, liked it, loved the mpg. We talked about the Altima, and I knew that I would need to choose an available car. The Altima SV they had did not contain the features I was interested in. So I asked Marin what other vehicles have the heated steering wheel, and he started to list them off- Rogue Sport, Rogue- I stopped him and asked the difference. He explained, and I test drove both. I chose the Rogue over the sport after a discussion with my daughter outlining the attributes of both. Marin was extremely capable, answered every question and did not lead me to a car I would of ended up frustrated with. I had excellent rapport with him and am very pleased with the sale. I came back one week later to bring the car back to Syracuse. Conor took care of me then. Funny part is that I already met and knew Conor, because when I bought my 2008 Altima, Conor is the person I met then. We went through all the paperwork at a quick pace, and he was also an excellent representative for the company. I did get the extended warranty, but am not sure if I will do that again. This car will be the test for that in the next car. If I do not need to use it, I would of put that money into my retirement. Marin walked me out to the car, helped to link my phone to the system, explained again quickly about all the systems, let me know about the service department and where to go. We said goodbye, he thanked me again, and I left. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. My next car will still be purchased from O’Neil, even though I live a state away, and it will happen even if there is a new pandemic going on. I have worked in the customer service field for 35 years, and nothing takes the place of a company that cares- nothing. Mary C Davis More
