I think that the fact that your sales reps ask for a review and directly ask for a 10 is a bit annoying. Knowing that if they don’t get a 10 then it is hard to claw themselves back upward. That type o review and directly ask for a 10 is a bit annoying. Knowing that if they don’t get a 10 then it is hard to claw themselves back upward. That type of survey weighting does not allow for a true review to be received. More
