I bought a used 2013 GMC Terrain just a few days ago. I love my car. The service was excellent and any question I had, was answered. Greg did anything he could to help me! My opinion on this dealership has definitely changed from the first review^ I gave it. I gave this dealership a 5 star at first, thinking that I had really found a honest and trustworthy dealership. When I first looked at my car, my boyfriend had asked if the car potentially had an exhaust leak. We were reassured numerous times that the shop of this dealership puts the cars on a jack and checks absolutely anything and everything underneath the car, so if there was an exhaust leak that it would have been fixed. We were told that the sound was how all GMC Terrains sounded. So we trusted that we were being told the truth. We regret not checking if there was an exhaust leak, because there is one. So we called and got told "I will have to check if the shop will fix it. I will call you back." It has been weeks. So we called again, and got no answer. I understand that it is not a major issue that needs fixed right away, it is the fact that we were lied to. Then told we would hear back about if they will fix it or not and have not heard anything in 2 weeks. More
