Helpful and transparent with pricing Justin is a gem! I will definitely go to him again. As a first time leaser, I was nervous. On my four visits to the dealership he priced out at le Justin is a gem! I will definitely go to him again. As a first time leaser, I was nervous. On my four visits to the dealership he priced out at least eight different options for me. And I lost count of the number of times that he sat in a vehicle explaining all these features that were completely new to me. The first night we even drove out to their New Haven location to check out an Escape I saw online, as we hadn't been able to confirm with them if that car was still available. So we drove to New Haven for me to test drive Escapes at 7pm in the cold, dark night cause I needed to know if that was the SUV for me (I come from a Ford background). Justin didn't pressure me, but always explained options, timeframe on rebates/incentives/etc.. Now it wasn't all a dream. I can't imagine a car buying experience really ever could be. My hiccups in this experience mainly revolved around the way they do the peace of mind coverage. So after spending a month crunching every variation of number to determine how comfortable I felt with each tentative decision, I finally decide. I had asked about this peace of mind coverge throughout the process, but this elusive coverage is the realm of finance so you don't get actual numbers or info until you have decided, signed half the paperwork and at that point you are already really committed. I don't expect this to change. After you have spent hours on this and all the paperwork is ready, the car is getting cleaned, "smart" business practice dictates that you THEN mention. .. by the way it is going to be 30 more a month or you will be leaving yourself open to these type of potential charges at your lease end. But not only that, really no paperwork is given on the specifics of the coverage I have purchased through them. I am just relying on my memory of this thirty second run down that didn't give the details I needed as I found out when I tried to use it. Still at O'Daniel, I had better pricing than I was getting offered at Ford, even with Ford's A Plan pricing. Still at O'Daniel, I had better transparency, as other dealerships just brought me a handwritten monthly payment amount rather than this whole printed breakdown on where all these numbers are coming from Justin showed me numerous times cause I am the type of customer that likes to know every option and think days prior to making a decision. And at O'Daniel. I had Justin: patient, understanding and so incredibly knowledgeable. He is the definition of follow up: having sent me an email on my birthday months later, showing me their service department and reaching out to see if I had questions or concerns at every part of the process. So overall, thank you! You will see me again! More
