Used Mercedes purchase I really like O’Daniel. No pressure, easy to work with, good and capable people. My last experience was so phenomenal that it may have impacted my sco I really like O’Daniel. No pressure, easy to work with, good and capable people. My last experience was so phenomenal that it may have impacted my score for Jim. Initially he seemed disinterested. I know it was pretty busy so I’m sure that had something to do with it. That said, this guy stayed until we were completely done and hand wiped down the vehicle in the dark and cold outside since the shops were all closed. We came back for a detail but all that was done was the exterior. Jim did a better job than the shop did. Should’ve been done before being put on the lot. It wasn’t terrible but it is a 45 minute drive and could’ve done better. Not a deal breaker though. Initially we had an appointment for an appraisal. That wasn’t done and they seemed a bit disorganized. The whole visit didn’t start off very well really. They definitely recovered though. Melissa was super friendly. We even found out we had mutual friends. We don’t even really look anywhere else. These folks are the standard for car buying in Fort Wayne for sure. Even when not everything was perfect this time they’re still better than most others we visited before. More

Jim came out and we were looking at a 2016 Ram 1500 crew cab. He got the key and I took it for a short ride. Very nice vehicle. The vehicle was more than I had planned to pay but after a short time Jim was able to bring the price down enough that I did purchase the vehicle. More
