Phil was amazing! We came in looking for a used car with a smaller budget. We found a Jeep we really liked but there was a small pet odor that we weren’t too intrigued with. Phil had the inside of the car d a smaller budget. We found a Jeep we really liked but there was a small pet odor that we weren’t too intrigued with. Phil had the inside of the car detailed twice for us to make sure the smell was completely gone (which it still is today). As we were going to sign on the dotted line, we were in a car accident with our other vehicle which ended up needing to be towed. Phil let us put 100 dollar down and let us drive away with the Jeep and said we could come back in a couple days to finish up the paper work and give him the check. He even text my fiancé later that day asking how I was feeling and to see if I was okay. During the couple days we had the Jeep, a tire pressure sensor and the belt that held the motor in place went bad. Phil let us bring the Jeep back, had the parts fixed (no cost to us) and also put us in a rental car for a couple days while the Jeep was being fixed. When we picked the Jeep back up it ran great. He even offered to give us gas money out of his own pocket to put in the Jeep because of us having to bring it back to have those few parts replaced. I’ve never worked with a better car salesmen then him. I would recommend Phil to absolutely anybody who was looking for a used or even new car. He was truly amazing. More
