Professional, easy service after the sale. Ron kept in touch with me over a period of time, from a birthday greeting to letting me know he could get the F-150 I wanted. Phil called me the moment it arrived later that day & apologized for it not being clean. I test drove it & it was just what I wanted & what they said it would be (many bells & whistles in great condition). I picked up the car in immaculate condition after the cleaning & detailing was done & it went through service (just needed oil change. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Phil gave me a brief overview of how everything worked & I was on my way. Would work with Phil again, but hope I don’t need to any time soon, since I love the car I just got! :) More

Excellent information and service David responded to my inquiry with excellent information plus the sticker off the car. The day I came in he was friendly, open to questions and expla David responded to my inquiry with excellent information plus the sticker off the car. The day I came in he was friendly, open to questions and explained clearly, options for the car and for financing. After the purchase he moved everything from my old car to the new car, went over all the new gadgets in the car, repeated where needed in a pleasant helpful tone! All in all it was the best car buying experience of my 75 years! The dealership is very clean and welcoming. I will recommend O'Daniel's and will use them to service my car. More
