He negotiates a fair price and continues after the purchase making sure this is the vechile you wanted and that it meets the customer expectation. If there should happen to be a problem with the vechile after purchase, Phil goes above and beyond to help correct the matter to the customers satisfaction. Their service department is the only place we take our cars to. Ron was extraordinarily helpful and patient with me as I had no clue what I came in to purchase a newer vehicle, upgrading from an ‘01 Mercury cougar. Ron was extraordinarily helpful and patient with me as I had no clue what I even really wanted at that point other than a newer body F-150. He helped me get sorted and find something I liked and walked away with a charcoal grey ‘15 F-150. Hands down the best dealership I have ever visited.
