Great experience from start to finish! O Daniel Ford was the first and only dealership I visited when looking for a new vehicle. I was driving by and saw an Expedition that caught my eye. O Daniel Ford was the first and only dealership I visited when looking for a new vehicle. I was driving by and saw an Expedition that caught my eye. I stopped in and was promptly greeted by Phil. I was just looking at that point and told him that and he gave me his card and told me to let him know if I had any questions. NO PRESSURE! I came back a few days later on Saturday and Phil was working and showed my family the Expedition and we took it for a ride. Still NO PRESSURE! Phil and Ryan worked with us and we couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and great attitude. We had a couple issues with the Expedition and Glen and Mike and their crew of mechanics worked diligently to find our issue and went above and beyond to repair it all while keeping me informed and in the loop!
