Phoenix greeted us in a non salesman like manner. Actually seemed like he really cared to help us out. He showed us multiple vehicles and focused on educating us rather than just selling. he was non pushy & really knows his stuff. I feel like I can go to him for any car issue. Mike & Ryan (managers) were awesome too. They actually went to work to help us on the numbers & explained everything in detail with no run around. Can’t recommend this place enough. More

Mike made a call and the service department called me first thing Monday morning and gave me a choice to bring in my SUV. my wife took it in later that same day and the service team promptly repaired the problem at no charge to me and the service manager even showed my wife some special features about the SUV. Had first hand proof that the service department lived up to the high and satisfying standards that we have been told about! My experience was amazing! Phil Swaidner was my salesman and he was amazing. I was in a bad situation. My previous vehicle was in bad condition and needed major repairs that were overwhelming me. To make matters worse, I owed more than the vehicle was worth by a few thousand dollars. Luckily O'Danial had a sale going on and got me into a beautiful 2015 Ford Focus, which is an amazing little car. It's not perfect, it does have higher than desired miles but not terrible and Mike Everson got me into a decent warranty for the vehicle for a very fair price. The staff here is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. They were never pushy. I never felt as if I was forced into buying anything. For the past few years I've felt terrible buyers remorse. But not anymore. The nightmare is finally over. You can't go wrong with O'Daniel, and I highly recommend working with Phil Swaidner and Ryan Keebler. Also if you do financing through this dealer, Mike Everson will find you a great lender to work with. If there is a will, there is a way, and they didn't hurt my credit score as badly as passed dealerships have by sending applications to too many creditors. I cannot promise anything, but they will try their hardest to make your situation better. The rest is up to you. It is very likely that I will be a return customer here. More
