They went out of their way to get the exact SUV I wanted, down to the interior color. Tony Ballinger located the car and had it ready to go on the day we wanted it. He spent over an hour with us reviewing the operation of all the electronics we were unfamiliar with. The first cars sales associate I've given a hug to before driving away! The financing was all set up and prepared for us by Mike, so all we had to do was sign. Options were reviewed with us on all warranties etc. that were available so we could make educated decisions. Jeff O'Daniel checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We drove from Monticello, IN to buy our car, and had our large dog with us. She was welcomed in to the dealership which was really nice for us to not have to worry about her out in the car. More

After e-mailng Tony what I was looking for, he apparently waved a magical wand because he came back with the exact 2016 Ruby Red Edge Titanium that I had requested. Not only did he locate the vehicle I wanted, he located one that came with an additional $2,000.00 rebate from Ford( that the other Dealership didn't even know about) and 20 inch tires and rims worth $995.00 at NO CHARGE! After telling Tony what I needed to get for my trade, he asked for the mileage and VIN #. Thirty minutes later I receive a call informing me, "no problem" all systems are GO. That's without even seeing my trade! Are you kidding me? So for those who are tired of playing cat and mouse when purchasing a vehicle, go see Tony Ballinger at O'Daniel.
