I requested Dan to assist with me trying to work with the covering party's insurance company due to their lack of responses to me. Dan did not hesitate. He was INSTRUMENTAL in moving forward this claim to fruition. He sent them the required requested information to them almost immediately. He completed my car ahead of schedule and the quality of work was great! Lastly, Dan is a very friendly and likable guy! I enjoyed talking to him very much! Mike Pocci was the best. I'm so very thankful! I was without transportation and in a bind. With my credit it was almost impossible to get a good vehicle that was big enough for my family. Good Customer Service I purchased a Ford Fusion and I love the car. They went out of their way to get the exact SUV I wanted, down to the interior color. Tony Ballinger located the car and had it ready to go on the day we wanted it. He spent over an hour with us reviewing the operation of all the electronics we were unfamiliar with. The first cars sales associate I've given a hug to before driving away! The financing was all set up and prepared for us by Mike, so all we had to do was sign. Options were reviewed with us on all warranties etc. that were available so we could make educated decisions. Jeff O'Daniel checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We drove from Monticello, IN to buy our car, and had our large dog with us. She was welcomed in to the dealership which was really nice for us to not have to worry about her out in the car. More
