Even after buying the car, he spent an hour (after closing) to explain all the features, get our seats set, and our phones connected. We enJOYed meeting Sam and hearing a lot about his background story coming from Laos. After filling out all of the paper work, Lauren was helpful but not pushy about buying the extended warranty. Over all we feel these three represented this dealership very well. We are hopeful that if in the future we need to have a repair that this service would be consistent with the excellence of those we met today. More

Where I would normally expect the purchase of a car to be a grueling and painful experience of haggling for everyone involved, our experience was that the dealer was gracious and fair. We did not feel like he tried to cheat us at any stage of the process. Frankly, Matthew was a good example of what every car salesman should aspire to and deserves to be held up as such. We did not know the car we wanted to purchase, and even left the dealership to look at the car we thought we would buy instead. It wasn't just the differences in the quality of the cars that drew us back to O'Daniel, though. It was also the quality of the sales force. I really hate when salesmen try to nickle-and-dime me, and our O'Daniel experience avoided that.
