I did a lot of research on cars before decided to go with a Mazda2. While I looked all around the state, O'Daniel's had the least expensive Mazda2 in the state. He was super friendly and I never felt judged because of my limited credit history or young age. Him and George Brothers worked hard to get me approved for the car that I wanted. Car delivery process is clunky and could use some refinement. Mazda sales rep (employed by Mazda not by O'Daniel) fell on his sword over "buggy" tracking process and logistics system. Eric was great. I give him 5 stars. I just dislike the way price negotiation has to be. You put a price down, wait 10 minutes for it to get turned down, put another price down, etc. This whole process is way price negotiation has to be. If this process could somehow be more speedy it would have made buying a car a better experience. Then we had to wait another 40 min in line for financing. He asked me if I wanted to take a test drive, which I did and it obviously made me love the CX-5 even more. When I knew I wanted the vehicle, we discussed which one I would want (sport, touring, and grand touring) and the prices/ bells and whistles of each. Matt did a great job of making sure I understood everything with the paper work, etc. He was very enthusiastic and very personable! Really seems like he enjoys his job and working with people. After leasing my car, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with the car as well as to make sure I didn't have any more questions/concerns. This is my 2nd purchase from Nick Sheets… There was an issue with the car that was not O'Daniel's fault, and they made it right. They went all out to make sure I was happy.
