As a techie, I especially love the electronics - so many automatic features. For example, it rained a good portion of our trip down to Fort Knox, but I never touched the windshield wiper control. The wipers sped up and slowed down perfectly - even in the torrential downpour for which I almost pulled over. We also liked the auto AC function. These are just things that we no longer have to monkey with. Of course, the Bluetooth features are great for our music, GPS on the phone, and taking calls. Thanks for the wash, the service, and the full tank of gas. This was my first Mazda and first purchase through your dealership. I am recommending O'Daniel Mazda to everyone! More

I got a flat tire on Illinois Road right before I turned into the Mazda car lot for the very first time to look at their cars. Junior, in particular, was very helpful in assisting me to change my tire. This was not something that I expected. This kindness did not factor into my decision to ultimately choose a Mazda over other models that I was considering. However, I found this helpful and fair attitude to be consistent throughout the sales/bargaining/financing processes. Really above and beyond. I am sure many car dealerships stress to their sales men the importance of not hassling the customer into making a decision they are not fully comfort I am sure many car dealerships stress to their sales men the importance of not hassling the customer into making a decision they are not fully comfortable with yet, but these guys take it to a whole other level. Not once in the month long inquiry about the vehicle did they ever once talk about paperwork, payment, or numbers of any kind until I said that I wanted to proceed with the deal. That kind of patience is as good as gold when it comes to car buying. I would also have to agree that these people went above and beyond throughout the process to earn my business by proving how dedicated they are to the vehicles they sell and the peace of mind they provide as long term cars. From making sure I found the right car to fit my needs and my budget, to ensuring I knew how everything on the car worked before I drove it off the lot. These guys simply know what it takes to earn someones business. Thanks for the awesome experience! More
