Like others, the car shopping is not my favorite thing to do- but O’Daniel Mazda and Logan made it the most low-pressure, enjoyable experience. I took a day off of work to test drive vehicles and didn’t stop do- but O’Daniel Mazda and Logan made it the most low-pressure, enjoyable experience. I took a day off of work to test drive vehicles and didn’t stop at O’Daniel first, and I was at the other dealership for a long time and felt pressured. I went to O’Daniel next, walked in and met Logan. I told him I wanted to test drive two or three specific vehicles (I had already done research) and within 10 minutes, Logan had me in the first car and I was able to drive by myself. I swapped out two others and he was attentive and respectful of my time. Over the next few weeks, I was still evaluating my options and Logan was responsive to any questions I had and updated me on vehicles I asked about. He also respected that email/text is more convenient for me and only called when necessary. When we went in to look at the final contenders and purchase, we also met Sam, the Sales Manager. He was a very nice man who got to know us and you could tell he was supportive of his salesmen as they juggled a busy day of appointments. Fantastic experience! In the first two weeks of driving my car, I’ve come across others who said they worked with O’Daniel and had a good experience themselves both in sales and in the service department. Would highly recommend both for the quality of their vehicles AND their sales/service. More
