Matt Tillipaugh set a welcoming, warm environment at the beginning of our appointment. Upon learning that I was unfamiliar with the Mazda line, he learned about my automotive needs and then showed me the m beginning of our appointment. Upon learning that I was unfamiliar with the Mazda line, he learned about my automotive needs and then showed me the models that he thought would meet them. He was upfront about prices, discounts and finance options. On the test drive he explained options that were operating on that model. When I returned with intent to purchase, he proceeded to find the model with color and trim package that I had settled on. I reserved a car in transit. Matt kept me informed about the brief delay that occurred. When he delivered the car, he oriented my wife and me fully and patiently. He also provided some post-delivery service which was timely and helpful. Purchasing this car was a pleasant and satisfying experience. More
