We were very pleased with our experience at O'Daniel Porsche/Audi. We purchased a CPO Audi A5 Cabriolet. Dale you should be ashamed of yourself for telling potential buying customers to “Get Out” because you became flustered or frustrated in the middle of a negotiation on a vehicle. People wasted time and money out of their day to come miles away to make a purchase only to get disrespected in the process due to your lack of consideration and understanding. As for Aaron for someone who is in a leadership role from what I was told you showed no sides of empathy to the situation, for you to let an employee disrespect a potential buying customer like that and then have the nerve to not honor the request of the negotiation after the fact was even worse and totally out of line and instead you rather let someone walk away from the sale instead of completing it, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
