An excellent experience Our family has typically arranged automotive purchases and service work at dealerships closer to our home town. After seeing a Pre-Owned vehicle on th Our family has typically arranged automotive purchases and service work at dealerships closer to our home town. After seeing a Pre-Owned vehicle on the O'Daniel site we decided to call and plan a visit. The vehicle we were interested in was priced fairly, examined and in very nice condition, and we ultimately purchased the car. Financing was quick and well-done. Our salesperson, Zach, took the experience over the top. He was very quick in providing all of the information we were hoping to have regarding the vehicle. While my wife and drove the vehicle, Zach tended to our son... showing him some of the nicest cars in the showroom. When we returned he followed up with several recommendations for servicing the car and potential upgrades. Our friends who live in Ft Wayne were not surprised that we had a great experience - the O'Daniels reputation is well-earned. More

My wife and I are always satisfied with the service and treatment we get from O’Daniel. I was in the market for a new truck and my wife referred me to Zack and the fine team of associates at the Illinois r treatment we get from O’Daniel. I was in the market for a new truck and my wife referred me to Zack and the fine team of associates at the Illinois road location. I was on the lot for 5 minutes and Zack found me a truck. I asked to have the truck aligned and to replace a cracked tail light and they had it done and ready for me in 24hrs. I will return to see Zach for all of my vehicle needs in the future and I also want to thank Mellisa Fiandt for her work exploring loan options that would work for my wife and I.
