First time Audi purchase My husband and I went to the local Audi dealership (Fort Wayne, Indiana) to look at purchasing a used Q5. Upon arrival we meet Samantha our Sales Repr My husband and I went to the local Audi dealership (Fort Wayne, Indiana) to look at purchasing a used Q5. Upon arrival we meet Samantha our Sales Representative. Samantha was very friendly and excited to help us find what we are looking for. We reviewed New and Used inventory and discussing what we wanted. The first 2 cars (Q5s) we wanted to test drive both sold hours before. We then decided to test drive the equivalent in a certified pre-owned that wasn’t put up for sale yet so my wife could get the feel of European vehicle. We have never owned a European car prior to this purchase. We first test drove a Q5 and then a Q7. Both were well optioned Premium Plus models. We were amazed at the elegance and simplicity of the Audi brand. The Q5 was very nice but the Q7 blew our mind! Samantha’s knowledge during the test drive and review of each vehicle was impeccable. You could tell she truly knew the vehicles in and out, which made for great conversation. After coming back to the lot we decided to talk through some pricing options of each vehicle to meet our budget. We also looked at a third option after Samantha suggested it sounded like we might be interested in leasing. Samantha gave us her office to discuss in private. We talked for a while and called Samatha back in. Samantha then laid out multiple options and suggestions on pricing and also our vehicle trade-in. We finally made a decision but this was now 45 minutes past closing. The Audi dealership stayed open 3.5 hours past closing to get our deal done only making sure we were happy every step of the way. This was a great car buying experience. Kudos to the Audi team and our sales representative, Samantha Hall! All the staff members that we talked with were very personable, friendly and down to earth. Did not feel pressured at all. More
