I live in Arkansas, so there were many things to consider, several of which changed as the process developed (trade-in or not, delivery method, etc.). Through it all, the dealership made things easy. They were transparent about the condition of the car (plusses and minuses), and worked with me on the final delivered price. The day of delivery was painless (thanks Melissa) and the car was pristine after being detailed. Overall I got a great car at a very good price and the transaction was relatively painless. More
