After a four hour drive, I found the dealership was a modern facility and most importantly "clean" with professionally dressed staff and I was over whelmed by the level of friendliness. My first contact at the dealership was the receptionist, greeted me immediately on walking into the show room with a smile an offer of bottled … could not have set the stage better. Zachary immediately let me know and feel this was a relationship purchase with O'Daniel dealership not just dealing with a quick buy off the street. The high knowledge and interest of Zackary in ensuring the selected vehicle components were fully explained and that I had a high satisfaction level at every exchange. He asked the sales manager to also provide answers to questions elevating the professionalism offered, as we discussed final sales points. Melissa in finance ensured that before I signed that I was fully versed with all aspects of transaction and that I was fully aware of extended warranty options and was able to make clear choses best for my intended length of ownership. And thus our most delightful car buying experience ever ensued. The team at Audi was absolutely superb throughout the entire process, and Anwar truly went above and beyond to ensure that the ethos of 100% satisfaction guaranteed was reflected in the experience. Simply put, we were difficult customers. And yet Anwar, Dale, Melissa, and every single individual we ran across at Audi made sure that their priority was being people-oriented and helping us find the vehicle that best suited our needs. We worked through the specific options we wanted and created a letter that I shared across many Audi dealers in the region. As we had very specific desires, and Q3's are a bit scarce (especially 2020's), it was not an easy task to find a match. Anwar and the team at O'Daniel were one of only a couple dealers that responded with reasonable cars matching our request. He / they found not only 1 but in the tight supply chain found a second even closer to our wishes when the first one was sold before we could lock it in. They all went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure we got the right car. There was great timely feedback and updates throughout the process. I truly felt there was a desire to meet our needs rather than just make a sale of something close. Purchasing a new car can be quite daunting. Anwar made it a pleasurable experiencing well worth the 3 hour drive up to O'Daniel. In a world of waning customer service I could not find a better example of how someone should be treated. Traded in a leased vehicle for a new audi lease. I was shopping to get a different vehicle. I had a audi firecracker red A5 coupe and really liked it. My lease was going to be up in Feb.2020. I traveled to Dayton and looked and drove many cars on a weekend. Lexus, audi, hondas, cadillacs. Found an audi Q5 that drove the best of all of em. Dayton never had my color I thought I liked so they located one up North. And priced it out to me as a trade in lease. Well I was between a rock and stone. Never had an SUV before and had to swallow my youth years and get out of my coupe. Grand baby due tomorrow. Did not think I wanted to challenge myself to getting child out of car seat in back of coupe. So SUV it was. Traveled 1 hr. 45 minutes one way to Ft. wayne dealer and saw my color of Q5. Price was better than Dayton and the people were outstanding. Paper work went smooth. They just got a repeat Audi customer. My 3rd Audi. 3 days later I traveled with my friend to Beavercreek and she got herself a cadillac. I am so glad I did not get a cadillac. The service just to get paperwork done. Took us 3 hours just on the paperwork. Terrible service. I am glad I went with the Audi dealer in Ft. Wayne. More
