Nikko Weathers was great with the purchase of a 2026 Rav4. He was excellent in communication from ordering, in the system, in transit, and to delivery of the vehicle. Nikko took us out for a short drive to show us all the new operational features. He set up Car play and made sure the phone was paired with the Car Play. He went through the new technology features of the car and answered questions about this year's model. Cesar made sure the finance process was smooth. Sergio was great to work with as well as the finance team, a few hiccups here and there but was resolved need to come back for buffing of the car and to check the front fender, noticed once we left the team, a few hiccups here and there but was resolved need to come back for buffing of the car and to check the front fender, noticed once we left the lot that the gas on the car was nearly at empty so was surprised to see that. Second set of keys was not available at the time so need to come back Friday and would like to know when the last oil change on the car was. More
