Recall on my 2017 for a harness replacement I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time. They said about 1 1/2 h I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time. They said about 1 1/2 hrs wait.
