However, from my intro to Steve B. to my engagement with the aftermarket manager Rob, my suspicions continued to melt away. They both were very knowledgeable about their products and operation, but what gets me more than anything is the attentiveness to customer service. More importantly was the price, which was suitable and comfortable to live with. Every encounter I had was pleasant and exceptionally helpful.
